The Football Program
Our Elite training is Southern California’s premier athletic development program. This program has proven to increase the linear/lateral speed and vertical explosion in hundreds of athletes.
Athletes will increase speed, power, agility, and explosion in all directions.
What does my program look like?
12 week program
Your 12-week program includes strength training, performance training and Speed Lab. All athletes will be tested on a series of performance, strength, and sports specific tests.
performance
Our performance training focuses on the three fundamental movement patterns of an athletes. Individuals will learn to move in all linear, lateral, and vertical directions.
Speed lab
The Speed Lab utilizes state of the art equipment such as over speed treadmills, Woodway treadmills, Keiser runners, Jump-X, slide boards and plyometrics to streamline how we achieve results.
Keiser
Keiser pneumatic training system allows WCA to bridge the gap between the weight room and game day by training at speed with compressed air.
Sorinex
Sorinex functional training system trains strength, mobility, and flexibility for athletes by using diverse range of functional exercise.
Body Composition Assessment
Athletes will receive an initial InBody analysis that will be used to construct a meal plan specific to the individual. I body uses advanced BIA technology to provide an accurate assessment of your athletes body composition and help validate programs to improve the bottom line.

WCA has coaches who can effectively guide their technical, tactical, and physical development to help them improve at Football.
meet the team
Former NFL player Jordan Campbell trained under the top strength & performance coaches in the world & realized immediately after his professional career that younger athletes were lacking the professional resources & education needed to maximize their development.
Coach Jerry has 25+ years of experience and has worked with youth to high school athletes all over Southern California. Coach Jerry has channeled his experience to curate a hybrid quarterback program for a streamlined and holistic development.
Coach Kyon finished his senior season at Fort Hays State University where he played offensive and defensive line. He is now the Oline and Dline position coach at WCA for private lessons, 5v5, and youth tackle.
