Armed with data on where you are to day, we develop an individualized plan for the off season and to help you build power, movement, and agility

Our Performance program is a multidirectional ground-based class which focuses on the three major movement patterns (linear, lateral, vertical) that are essential for all athletes regardless of their sport. Athletes will learn to eliminate wasted movements and sharpen their mechanics, thus making them more efficient in all directions and quicker on their field of play.

More often than not, athletes progress without having a proper mechanical foundation. Our youth program focuses on the fundamentals of linear, lateral and vertical movement patterns. HUMAN PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

Eliseo Cabildo

Coach Eliseo has been in the Sports Performance Training field for the past 18 years. Coach E has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology from CSUSB. He specializes in Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology. Coach Eliseo has designed the Strength training, Movement pattern training, and Speed Lab protocols for Winner Circle Athletics since the opening of WCA in 2014. Prior to WCA Coach E ran a couple training facilities in the Inland Empire. He was also a High School football coach at Rancho Cucamonga High School and Los Osos High School. Coach E has worked with thousands of collegiate athletes and also hundreds of professionals in all sports.
