Why High Performance Speed Lab?
HIGH PERFORMANCE
Train with state-of-the-art conditioning tools
TARGET RESULTS
Add targeted loading to specific muscle groups for enhanced training
RESISTANCE
Adds measurable & adjustable resistance
ELEVATE PERFORMANCE
Improve human performance equipment that goes beyond natural exercises
How It Works
HIP-X Machine
Strengthen the hip girdle with flexion, extension, abduction and adduction using greater loads.
The most advanced strength-specific application for adequately stimulating the muscles of the hip area. The Hip-X™ Machine stimulates all movement planes for training the hip – hip flexion, hip extension, hip abduction and hip adduction. The Hip-X also offers the heaviest selectorized weight-stack (590lbs.) to obtain peak muscle strength for speed and power development. The Hip-X also offers variable resistance loading to all hip movements.
JUMP-X Machine
Maximize lower body strength and power using single and double leg presses and jumps.
JUMP-X Machine offers the most advanced and versatile strength and power applications for lower body strength and power. The JUMP-X Machine allows traditional pressing and jump applications for both double- and single-leg applications, and offers both resisted and assisted variable loading. Additional Jump programming is offered with this unique piece of equipment.
TRED-X 30/30
Increase maximum velocity using a customized high speed and incline training process.
The TRED-X 30/30 is a high speed treadmill capable of speeds up to 30 MPH, and elevations up to a 30% grade. It includes a built-in spotting system to keep individuals safe, as well as dedicated programming for speed and endurance improvement. The TRED-X 30/30 contains an external touch-screen control panel that quickly adjusts speed and elevation.
Keiser A300 Runner
The Runner places you in a position that simulates the acceleration phase of a sprint. Professional athletes everywhere use the A300 Runner to train for acceleration, speed, and power endurance. This piece of equipment uses Kesier’s innovative low‑inertia design to improve the power and performance of any individual looking for a competitive edge.
Keiser A300 Squat
The A300 Squat was one of the first machines Keiser created. It remains extremely popular because of its ability to develop strength, speed, and power using smooth resistance. People of every age and ability can use the A300 Squat to develop their explosive power. It features self‑adjusting shoulder pads, a wide base and an adjustable bottom position to help prevent knee injuries. It also lets athletes train the essential “triple extension” (a full lock of their hips, knees, and ankles) for speed and power.
Woodway curve treadmill
Winner Circle Athletics uses the Curve for improving running form and posture, learning to walk/run after trauma and increasing posterior muscle activation. Sought after by professional sports teams and athletes around the world, the Curve Treadmill delivers an unparalleled workout unlike any other treadmill. Woodway’s Curve, goal-based, Responsive Training programs set your targets based on your current efforts. Using a unique Fatigue Index, each program adapts as you do, making every single workout the perfect challenge. The unique curved design forces accurate mechanics and running posture that would typically take months or even years to teach.
Perform-X Plyo and Track-X
The Perform-X custom pattern and Trak-X™ system provides a progressive approach for integrating basic to advanced plyometrics. The fundamental approach to integrating plyometrics starts with basic movements in all standard directions – forward, lateral and diagonal. Once these directional movements are established, complex applications such as using boxes and barriers or cord-loaded movements can be added and progressed to enhance performance.
Speed Lab is a mixture of world class machines and philosophies working together to drastically increase linear speed, power and explosion. Each training session will have reps and times specific to each athlete.
