Optimizing performance through data-driven insights
Your athletes journey to understanding his or her personal development data starts with baseline testing to understand where exactly they rank in comparison to elite level prospects and serves as a starting point for future tests. Athletes will get tested every six weeks to track progress for all sport specific testing metrics. Outside of being able to present families with positive results athletes will develop a thorough understanding of correct testing techniques. Oftentimes, to their detriment, athletes will produce sub-par results at any number of major collegiate recruitment camps due poor testing technique and for that reason we place a strong emphasis on technique mastery.

Combine Testing
Combine testing is a set of physical performance tests that are commonly used in youth athletics to evaluate the physical abilities of athletes. These tests can include things like the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, and bench press, and are typically used to assess an athlete’s speed, strength, and power.
This testing can also be used to identify areas of physical weakness in athletes and develop training programs to improve those areas. For example, if an athlete performs poorly on the vertical jump test, a coach might develop a training program to improve their lower body strength and explosiveness.

Movement assessment
Movement assessment is the process of evaluating an athlete’s movement patterns and identifying any areas of weakness or imbalance.
Performance optimization: Movement assessment can also be used to identify areas where an athlete may be able to improve their performance. For example, if an athlete has poor hip mobility, they may have difficulty generating power from their lower body. By addressing this issue through movement assessment and training, coaches can help athletes improve their performance.
Skill development: Movement assessment can help coaches identify and correct fundamental movement patterns that are necessary for the development of specific skills in a particular sport. For example, a coach might use movement assessment to identify and correct an athlete’s throwing mechanics in order to improve their accuracy and velocity.
