Our Elite training is Southern California’s premier athletic development program. This Elite program has proven to increase the linear/lateral speed and vertical explosion in hundreds of athletes.

WHY WE USE KEISER

Strength is important but it is only one side of the equation, the other is speed. For decades athletes have been taking the wrong approach to weight training. While it is important to train heavily to build mass, that style of training is often the only training methodology used by athletes. As a result of this style of training, athletes become slower and significantly less explosive. Train slow.... be slow. It's that simple. The Keiser pneumatic training system allows WCA to bridge the gap between the weight room and game day by showing athletes how to increase their power. How are we able to increase power? The Keiser system's compressed air technology allows athletes to perform exercises with heavy loads and at high speeds. And because Keiser uses compressed air there is little to no impact on the joints, which promotes longevity. WCA will help you become the most complete athlete because we integrate keiser into our functional strength training program.

Our state-of-the-art weight room is the first in California to house Sorinex functional training rigs, which are typically found only in NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL training centers. Athletes will be years ahead of their peers after learning collegiate weight room etiquette, terminology, and the fast-paced tempo of the team weight room atmosphere. Our strength program has seen proven results with soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, football, and more.
