Full Body Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy simply means “cold therapy” with the same concept as an ice bath, but way more beneficial. While in the chamber, your body naturally activates its “fight or flight” response. This results in the production of endorphins and adrenaline, two of the body’s natural painkillers, which help decrease any discomfort, pain, or inflammation that the patient may be experiencing. Our cryotherapy chamber reaches -238 degrees Fahrenheit (-150 degrees Celsius) where you stand inside for a duration of 3 minutes. A fresh pair of socks, protective gloves, and shoes will be provided for every client to ensure safety and comfort. Cryotherapy is a staple in every athlete’s recovery regimen from high-level athletes to youth. It assists in overall health by increasing energy, decreasing injury, improving sleep, & promoting weight loss.

Normatec Compression

Normatec Compression therapy uses patented Sequential Pulse Technology by combining three massage techniques: pulsing, gradient hold, and distal release. The combination of these three techniques promotes fresh blood flow and increase range of motion and reduce pain and swelling. Normatec Compression therapy can be used before and after workouts to prepare the body for training as well as aid the body’s recovery process. With attachments for your arms, legs, and hips, every part of your body can be treated.

Percussion Therapy (Massage Gun)

Percussion therapy, also known as vibration therapy, is becoming increasingly popular in today’s society due to its convenience and ability to massage sore and tender muscles. Percussion therapy applies rapid bursts of pressure into the body’s muscle tissue reaching deeper into the tissue compared to just foam rolling or a manual massage. The strong vibration and oscillation of the massage head increase blood flow to the specific muscle area allowing the muscle to relax. When the muscle is relaxed, it is easier to relieve stubborn muscle knots and tension that linger after an intense workout. It can also be used to warm up and alleviate sore muscles prior to workouts.

Cupping & Scraping

Cupping and scraping are two recovery techniques used in unison to help stimulate the chemical breakdown of toxins that delay muscles and tissue from healing. Scraping is a manual therapy that utilizes the Graston technique, a specialized form of massage, that scrapes the skin gently. The goals of the therapy are to reduce the patient’s pain and increase function through a combination of breaking down the scar tissue and fascia restrictions. After the breakdown of scar tissue and toxins, cupping therapy is applied. This negative pressure from the suction cups promotes new blood flow to the area of tissue, allowing the removal of blood filled with stagnant toxins and dead cells. Although it may seem like an intense treatment, it can be a very relaxing and soothing experiencing providing a feeling of relief from physical tensions.

Hyperbaric Chamber

One of the most notable athletes who utilize a hyperbaric chamber within their recovery routine is Lebron James. While in the hyperbaric chamber, 100% pure oxygen at higher than normal air pressure is circulated, increasing the volume of oxygen in the blood. For recovery, this increase of oxygen promotes the production of ATP and the removal of lactic acid which causes muscle fatigue. The increase of oxygen in the user’s blood also promotes more efficient brain function and decrease healing times.

Red Light Therapy

ed light therapy harnesses the power of red and near infrared light and delivers it to your cells to improve their function. Red light therapy aids in adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, which is the body’s way of storing and using energy. ATP is crucial to the body’s recovery processes.

Red light therapy for athletes delivers several positive effects to help you achieve peak performance and reach the next level. Athletes worldwide are using this light treatment to quicken muscle recovery, boost their performance, and help them recover when they’re rehabbing an injury.
