Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp is a high intensity interval training class that uses a variety of dynamic and functional exercises to boost your heart rate and get those calories burning! Boot Camp is most ideal for individuals with goals of losing weight as quickly as possible. Also, great for fit enthusiasts who enjoy exercising for endurance and don’t necessarily care weight training. If you’re an individual who looking to make a lifestyle change and transform your body this is the class for you!

Bootcamp Pass Includes:

1 - hour HIIT Class (High-intensity Interval Training)
Class days: Monday – Thursday & Saturday
 Class times: 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, & 5PM, Saturday 8AM
 Free Meal Plan & weekly in-body scans
